Clubhouse

The 3-storey Clubhouse with its curved Art-Deco design takes full advantage of the stunning coastal location. The Bar & Restaurant areas on the 1st floor are complimented by a full wrap-round balcony and offer beautiful panoramic views over the course, beach, Sinah Lake and coastline depending on where you choose to sit.
It naturally offers a beautiful setting to celebrate any occasion. We offer the facilities for private hire and it is ideally suited to host parties, business meetings, conferences, celebrations, wakes etc.

Clubhouse

In addition, we have a fully stocked Professional Shop, Men’s and Ladies changing rooms with shower facilities, viewing deck on the 3rd floor and 24-hour out of hours coffee machine. There is also an additional board room/function room on the ground floor in a secluded section of the building which overlooks Sinah Lake and is ideally suited for meetings, fitness classes, small celebrations etc.

Solent Bar Lounge

There are two lounge/bar areas and a Restaurant area for members, guests and visitors to utilise at their leisure, with our friendly and welcoming staff on hand to ensure you enjoy your visit, serving food and drink 7-days a week.
The relaxed Solent Bar Lounge has direct access to the Bar and benefits from a 79” HD TV, with both Sky Sports and BT Sports so you can enjoy all the televised sporting/news/leisure events.
Throughout the Clubhouse there is wi-fi access, disability access (wide doors and passenger lift) and ample parking. If we are looking to host a private event with us we also have a surround sound system, projector, and dancefloor which can be utilised upon request.

Solent Bar

Sandeman Bar

The Sandeman Bar sits on the curve of the building with windows spanning the entire length, with views across the course, coastline and lake to enjoy. It has direct access to the Bar as well as the Restaurant.

Cleverly integrated wall dividers allow this space to be completely open or closed off and wrapping round into the Restaurant to create a private and independent function space for 120+ guests.

If you would like to host a function with us, our friendly and experienced Bar and Catering Team are on hand to help you create a special and memorable experience, including room setup and food and drinks packages.

Lakeside Restaurant

The Restaurant enjoys wonderful views over Sinah Lake and can also cater for private lunches or dinners, wedding receptions, family parties, conference meetings, business meetings, celebration parties, wakes etc for up to 80-guests. It benefits from access to its own section of the wrap around balcony for guests to enjoy, and if it integrated and hired in combination with the Sandeman Bar capacity is increased to 120+ guests.

We specialise in hosting wedding receptions for 30-120 guests. Sinah Room

If you are looking for a smaller and more private space to hire, the Sinah Room, located on the ground floor, may be the perfect alternative. With direct access on the ground floor and views over Sinah Lake it offers a peaceful space that can cater for up to 40-guests. It is ideal for small business meetings, fitness classes, community groups, corporate training sessions, christenings, family celebrations etc.

It benefits from a paved and grass area at the rear which can extend the room outside to enjoy the weather in the summer months.

Changing Rooms

The changing rooms offer golfers the opportunity to change and refresh before taking advantage of the rest of the facilities.

We recommend that visitors and guests bring their own towels but the club does have towels to use. Golfing attire or smart casual clothing are acceptable throughout the Clubhouse (including smart jeans, trainers, sandals or deck shoes).
