The new Art Deco Style Clubhouse is located only yards from the original built over 100 years ago, was opened in 2002. It provides a magnificent setting for members to enjoy the bar and restaurant facilities with spectacular panoramic views over the course, Solent and Isle of Wight.
The Sandeman Bar is a magnificent room with large windows giving panoramic views over the course, Solent and Isle of Wight. It is equipped with comfortable seating and tables and has access to a large wrap-around balcony with seating and tables. A movable dance floor can be laid for functions where music and dancing is organised. A modern audio PA system with wireless microphones is also installed.
The Restaurant with seating for up to 80, has superb views over Sinah Lake and opens to the Sandeman Bar with folding doors that allow a larger area to host functions, weddings or parties.
The Solent Bar connected to the Sandeman Bar is generally used by members. It can be closed off when social functions take place with folding doors. A large TV screen is popular for viewing sporting events.
The Sinah Room on the ground floor is a smart yet intimate room with its own bar and dumb-waiter facilities that can be used for pre-dinner receptions or business events. The room can be arranged in either boardroom or theatre-style seating for up to 40 people with projector/screen and audio/visual facilities. It can be serviced from the main restaurant if catering is required. With a small terrace outside it overlooks Sinah Lake with its abundance of wildlife.This is often used as a backdrop for some fantastic wedding photographs.
Apart from the Solent Bar all rooms are available for hire to both members and non-members alike.
