"Returning to Hayling Golf Club after many years I was struck by how the design of the course has stood the onslaught of modern equipment.  Even though it was a midweek game the condition of the course was on a par with any we play on the Senior Tour.  You will not be disappointed with a visit to these 130yr old links."
Bob Cameron, European Senior Tour

Welcome to the Hayling Golf Club website

Hayling Golf Club, established in 1883, is the only true links golf course, west of Rye, along the south coast of England.

In 1905 JH Taylor made revisions to the course and in 1933 Tom Simpson, the renowned golf course architect, undertook a further major reconstruction; much of which is evident today. Whilst a little over 6500 yards off the back tees the course provides a significant test of golf particularly if the breeze is up - which is much of the time!  The course is reviewed on the Fine Golf website ... click here to read the detailed feature.

In 2002 a new clubhouse was built in the art-deco style of the original clubhouse.  The clubhouse and the course offer magnificent views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight and north over Sinah Lake/Langstone Harbour to the South Downs.

Hayling Golf Club extends a warm welcome to visitors and societies and trusts you will enjoy the unique golfing experience and the bright and friendly service from the bar and restaurant.  The clubhouse facilities are available to hire for weddings, private parties and business meetings.

We look forward to making your visit to Hayling one to remember.
