Hayling prides itself on being an exceptionally well-draining seaside links, with a relatively frost-free climate and ideal for winter golf, however, visitors playing in the winter months may encounter the following: temporary greens, use of fairway mats, substitution of our temporary par 3 hole, 14A, for a hole under maintenance, restrictions on the use of trolleys and buggies. Our winter rates are priced to reflect these possibilities.
36-hole availability: No 36-holes rate during winter period (Nov-Mar)

Christmas period restrictions:

Active Tee Time Filling
We actively fill tee times to ensure efficient use of the course. Any bookings made for 2-ball or 3-ball groups may be paired with other golfers, including singles, to create 4-ball groups wherever possible. This policy is designed to enhance the pace of play and optimise the golfing experience for all players. By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept this arrangement. Due to this, we reserve the discretion to move tee times by up to 30 minutes to facilitate the efficient management of the tee sheet. Any such changes will be communicated to you in advance.
Buggies & Trolleys:
We have a limited number of buggies together with electric and pull trolleys available to hire. These can be reserved in advance or hired on the day. Speak to our Pro Shop Team. Buggies and trollies must be kept to paths and fairways only due to the sensitive nature of the off-course environment.
Dress Code: We operate a smart dress code on the course and within the Clubhouse (we recommend you check this beforehand here) to avoid embarrassment on the day.
PERSONAL LIABILITY

The Club accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property sustained on the course or premises, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the proven negligence of Haying Golf Club or its employees. Guests are reminded that golf is a sport that carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury from golf balls, equipment, and the natural terrain of the course. All guests are expected to always take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others during their visit. Hayling Golf Club strongly recommends that all guests hold appropriate personal insurance to cover injury, loss, or damage during their visit.
