Here at Hayling, we play our golf on a simply wonderful course with panoramic views overlooking the Solent, the Isle of Wight, Southsea & Portsmouth, not to mention the views to Portsdown Hill and the South Downs.
We consider ourselves very fortunate as we appear to have our own unique micro-climate - we’ve watched many a rain cloud pass around us on the course. However, even when it does rain, we rarely walk off with muddy shoes or trollies because our Links course drains so well, and when the sun shines, it’s just like a day at the seaside!
The icing on the cake is our stunning Club House, built in an Art Deco style, as this is where we meet to relax, chat and enjoy a coffee, or something stronger! Our lounge and bar are situated on the first floor, so we enjoy stunning views over the sea – perfect for watching ships, tankers and liners pass through the Solent. (picture of club house?)
