If you are a beginner / new to golf - provide you meet the following criteria you can apply for membership and would be eligible for the FREE Junior Membership Scheme:
If you are a beginner but do not know an existing member who can act as your mentor and supervisor - unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions we are unable to offer coaching and appropriate supervision when accessing the course. Therefore, we are not able to offer membership at this time.
If you are an established golfer with a competition handicap - provide you meet the following criteria you can apply for membership and would be eligible for the FREE Junior Membership Scheme:
If you are an established golfer with a competition but wish to retain your handicap at another golf club - you are welcome to apply for junior membership, however you would not be eligible under the ‘free junior membership scheme’ and therefore the normal junior membership fees would apply.
2021 Junior Membership Fees:
Tots 0-4 £17.00 per annum
Junior 5-10 £67.20 per annum + applicable EGU Fee
Junior 11-14 £134.20 per annum + applicable EGU Fee
Junior 15-17 £268.20 per annum + applicable EGU Fee

Are you a previous playing member?
If you are a previous playing member of Hayling Golf Club and you have paid a Joining Fee in the past you may be eligible for an additional discount on any current joining fee offers. Please contact the Office to enquire further.
The normal, and preferred way in which suitable candidates are introduced to the Club is by being proposed and seconded by existing members of at least two years' standing. Alternatively, where this is not possible, applications will still be considers and may be subject to receipt of a reference letter from their current/previous club.
In order to start the process you must submit a completed application form, this will be displayed to the members for a period of 2-weeks, after which time you will be invited to attend an interview. After interview and provided approval is given an offer of membership will be made to you.
For Annual Subscription Fees: New members can either pay in full or via monthly direct debit through 'Fairway Credit' (subject to successful application and credit check). There is an administration charge for this service.
For One-Off Joining Fee: New members have the option to either pay in full or in 2 x instalments (50% upon joining and 50% 3-months later).
