When you arrive you should enter through the Pro Shop (left of the main entrance) where you can check-in, the Professional Staff will greet you, advise on course conditions, introduce you to your dedicated 'Starter', tell you how to access the changing facilities and how to find the Bar & Restaurant areas.
Hayling Golf Club has a security access system on all entrance doors and CCTV is installed, however we do recommend that any belongings are kept in sight or placed in a secure area such as your car. We have a limited number of visitor lockers available to hire through the Pro Shop.
Catering facilities are available in the Restaurant from 08:00am and the Bar opens from 11:00am daily.
Please ensure you arrive at the first tee 10 minutes before your tee time and that you comply with the dress standards in order to avoid any embarrassment (remember - only white socks permitted).

Hayling Golf Club has a smart casual dress code. We would kindly request that you familiarise yourself with the dress code PRIOR to your arrival - CLICK HERE to view the Dress Code.
Our staff and club members have authority to politely enforce the dress code.
DEPOSIT: A minimum non-refundable deposit of £200.00 is required to confirm your reservation.
TOWELS: Towels are not provided.
Format of play allowed: 3-balls (if you wish to play as 4-balls this must be discussed and agreed in advance to avoid slow play and the effect on members play).
PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT: Your booking is not confirmed until we receive the deposit payment, this can be paid to the Office by cash, cheque (payable to 'Hayling Golf Club'), Credit/Debit cards (3% surcharge for credit card transactions).
Provisional bookings are held for one calendar month after which time they may be offered to another Society.
CONFIRMING NUMBERS & CATERING: Menu selections and any special dietary requirements should be confirmed, at the latest, 7-days prior to your arrival either by contacting the Office or Caterers.
We reserve the right to charge for any food not cancelled within 3-days of the event.
ON ARRIVAL: All players should report to the Professional Shop upon arrival.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE: The Organiser should report to the Office on arrival and pay the balance PRIOR to play (please leave plenty of time to enable this). Payment can be made by cash, cheque or card.
